  1. Choose View from the Layout menu to restore a different view for your document in Browse or Layout mode.

  3. To save your current display as a view, choose the Set View command to open the Set View dialog box.  Select one of the undefined views (for example, View 6) and check or uncheck the characteristics you want to include.  Type a name for the view and click OK.
